The same logging roads that enable logging companies to take down old growth timber also give area residents access to unspoiled wilderness that they would otherwise never be able to reach. I shot this photograph from a logging road bridge over Bish Creek near Kitimat, British Columbia.
It is pretty much impossible to show this photograph well on the web. I shot seven different photographs of different parts of this scene and carefully stitched them together into a composite that gives more and more detail as the image is printed larger.
