The bizarre combination of colours in this photograph is entirely natural. Most of the light in the rear part of the photograph is coming through some green coloured skylights, and the foreground water reflects it vividly in the darkness of this unlit building. Here and there a hole in the roof allows in some natural light from an overcast sky, especially on the right. And finally, in the middle of all of this, we see the setting sun through another hole in the structure.
